The Flyers’ 3 Best Fantasy Hockey Sleeper Options
There are some great Philadelphia Flyers options that will be available at the end of the Fantasy Hockey Draft. Between an escape campaign, a resurgence and a bright future, these options should not disappoint, especially in places where they will be selected.
Some players lose a lot of value if they don’t cover all the stats used in a league. But then again, some statistics can be overstated. Maybe you just want a player who will be consistent in setting up points because you already have a few guys covering hits and penalty minutes for example. These players won’t give you the best overall results, but they should be great choices for sleeping late in your draft.
Joel Farabee himself had a great breakout campaign in a team struggling to do anything. A 20-goal scorer in his second season in the league, also boasting a 38-point campaign in 55 games. He is ranked in Yahoo Fantasy Hockey as expected to go after the 200th pick. There is real value here if he continues on his upward trajectory and the rest of the team bounce back. Last season he finished in the top 125 at the end of the season. It’s a no-brainer to select him on a later round and it’s even worth hitting him before he’s caught by someone else with the same strategy.
