Florida Panthers Noah Juulsen 15 waivers

Florida Panthers defenseman Noah juulsen was among 15 players placed on waivers on Friday.
Juulsen, 24, played five games last season with the Panthers after being claimed on waivers by the Montreal Canadiens in January. The Surrey, BC native has also appeared in four games with the Panthers’ American Hockey League affiliate Syracuse Crunch.
Originally taken with the 26th overall in the 2015 NHL Draft over Everett Silvertips of the Western Hockey League, Juulsen appeared in a total of 48 NHL games over three seasons with the Habs and the Panthers. He has two goals and six assists for his career.
The Panthers also gave up goaltender Samuel Montembeault and forward Zac Dalpe.
The Toronto Maple Leafs were the only Canadian team to place a waiver up front on Friday Teemu Kivihalme. The 26-year-old defenseman has never played in an NHL game.
San Jose Sharks have given up on former first-round pick Nick Merkley and defenseman Jaycob megna.

All players placed on waivers on Thursday were eliminated on Friday.
