3 NHL FanDuel Studs to target on Friday 12/3/21
In any Daily Fantasy Alignment, spending on any Daily Fantasy Alignment is the way to get the most promising Superstars and Players in your roster.
In NHL DFS, it’s different from paying in sports like the NBA or the NFL. Someone can be one of the highest paying players in their position and perform a total performance, and paying that much for them would be a huge mistake. Let’s make sure we pay in the right places when building up our queues tonight.
Friday night we have five more games on the NHL slate. It’s time to hunt for more studs!
Kyle Connor, Wing, Winnipeg Jets
FanDuel salary: $ 8,500
Winnipeg Jets take on a team from the New Jersey Devils who hates playing anywhere near the province of Manitoba.
Kyle Connor already has 14 goals and 10 assists in 22 games. He’s one of the very few forwards in the NHL to already have 100 shots on goal, and he’s also almost 100 scoring chances.
The Devils will give Jonathan Bernier the start behind a back-to-back game. Bernier has allowed several key shorthanded goals lately. It could be right in Connor’s alley; that’s probably the only area where he’s due to regress with just one human benefit tally this year.
Connor’s volume of shots could easily mean a multi-goal outing on Friday in what is one of the best clashes on the slate.
Adam Fox, Defenseman, New York Rangers
FanDuel salary: $ 7,000
The highest paying blue line option on Friday has one that arrives at “Bleed Blue”.
Adam Fox has 4 goals and 18 assists in 21 games this season. The Norris Trophy winner is on track to surpass even his totals from last season. Blocks, shots, and scoring chances are all up slightly for him.
Fox is leading a streak of four assists and has six overall. He also has 10 blocks and 6 shots on goal in this stretch. He also faces a San Jose Sharks team that is traveling the east coast and back to back from back to back.
The New York Rangers have the potential to exceed three goals on Friday, and Fox is expected to play a leading role in the offense.
Trevor Zegras, Center, Anaheim Ducks
FanDuel salary: $ 5,800
Sure, the “stud” label may be a bit unconventional here, but Trevor Zegras is a young stallion who will keep improving.
The center has 17 points in the real world in 22 games this season. The good thing is that his 10.3% goals-to-shoot ratio is pretty sustainable. He had four shots and four scoring chances in an October clash against those same Calgary Flames.
Our model predicts Anaheim to score 2.69 goals, which is entirely possible for the Ducks on Friday night. The Flames are strong defensively, but their 89.34% high-risk save percentage as a team may decline soon.
Oilers stallions Connor McDavid and Leon Draisaitl, plan as the best center options but train to be popular parts with restrictive wages. Buying cheap Zegras production can help create differentiated rosters on a five-game list if you don’t want to eat Edmonton’s chalk.
With Zegras, stacking Sonny Milano is a great option and provides good pay relief.
